Send us a short phone video of your cat turning the chews down and our team will approve a full refund, usually the same working day. The rest of the bag stays with you, in case they change their mind.

Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right. No video needed for these.
Non-returnable items
We're unable to accept physical returns for:
- Perishable goods (including opened food outside the guarantee scope)
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to place a new order. If applicable, we'll guide you through the refund process for the original item.
EU and UK 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped within the EU or the UK, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition. This right sits alongside our 60-day guarantee and is never replaced by it.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
