If your cat doesn't like it, or you don't see the results you expected, you can request a refund within 60 days of receiving your order — even if the product has been opened or used.

We created this guarantee because most cats love PrimalCat, and we want you to feel completely confident trying it. To request a refund, simply email us at support@tryprimalcat.com with your order details.

Standard returns (unused items)

If you prefer to return an unused and unopened product, you can do so within 60 days of delivery as well.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how to send it back.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items

We're unable to accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (including opened food outside the guarantee scope)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is to place a new order. If applicable, we'll guide you through the refund process for the original item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped within the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided the item is unused and in original condition.

Refunds

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
